Due to the ongoing border situation there are more no-fly areas included in the latest CAAT update which is effective 27 Dec 2025.

No-fly areas included are;

• Areas where forces or provincial ground operations have been deployed or operations in 7 provinces, namely Chanthaburi, Trad, Sa Kaeo, Buriram, Sisaket, Surin, and Ubon Ratchathani.

• District-level operational areas include Sattahip District, Chonburi Province and Ban Chang District, Rayong Province

• Areas within a radius of 9 kilometers (5 nautical miles) 13 designated airports
For airports other than designated airports If you wish to fly within 9 kilometers (5 nautical miles) of an airport, permission from the owner or operator of the airport must be obtained.

• Additional areas at administrative agencies Energy and Security specifically announced as follows:

– All districts in Nakhon Ratchasima Province

– Bo Thong District, Bang Lamung District, Si Racha District, Koh Si Chang District, Ban Bueng District, and Phan Thong District, Chonburi Province

– Mueang Rayong District, Nikhom Pattana District, Ban Khai District, and Pluak Daeng District, Rayong Province

– Mueang Chachoengsao District, Bang Pakong District, Bang Nam Preo District, and Phanom Sarakham District, Chachoengsao Province

– Ban Laem District, Phetchaburi Province

– Mueang Samut Songkhram District, Samut Songkhram Province

– Mueang Samut Sakhon District, Samut Sakhon Province

All other conditions remain the same, effect from 27th Dec 2025 until further notice.
