Who Are We
FEIC (Thailand) Limited is an insurance broker headquartered in Bangkok and registered and licenced by the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) in Thailand.
Our company has been trading in Thailand since receiving our broking licence in 2017 and since then has served clients from all over Thailand. Our goal is to provide options for world class aviation insurance in Thailand that may have not been easily available to smaller private operators.
Recently we have partnered with one of the world’s top ten insurance brokers. This helps strengthen our offering and provide improved negotiation power in the market. However, our core principals remain unchanged. We still aim to operate as a highly efficient, small but specialised insurance broker providing our clients with the best personal service, without complicated reporting and management processes that are a common part of larger multi-national companies.
Together with our sister company, FEIC (Asia) Limited, an insurance and reinsurance broker established in Labuan, F.T. Malaysia since 2006, we can help our clients in Thailand access aviation insurance markets worldwide from London to Asia Pacific. This helps to ensure we can always offer the best insurance products to suit our customer’s needs.
We have associated offices worldwide including the United Kingdom, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Myanmar, and Malaysia. With this global network we can bring a truly world class service to Thailand.
Our clients in Thailand range from flying schools, private light and sport aircraft, commercial and private business jets, and larger domestic and regional airlines. Every client is important to us and we work to provide the same high standard of service to everyone. Our expertise in the aviation insurance market has also recently expanded to offer UAV and drone insurance in Thailand.
In addition to aviation insurance, we also assist our clients to arrange other insurance products for the domestic market in Thailand including marine insurance (including pleasure craft), personal accident, and motor insurance.

Ben Brett
Managing Director
Formally working for two Global Aviation Insurance brokers in London prior to joining FEIC, Ben brings over 25 years of first hand experience in handling insurance contracts for Aviation clients. His London tenure included the management of all varieties of Aviation Insurance’s throughout Thailand, including major/regional airlines, state and private airports, refuelling companies and other service providers.
Roger Ogden
Executive Consultant
Roger has experience in the Aviation business dating back to 1982 and has been based in Thailand since 1996. First working for Orient Thai Airlines in Bangkok before moving into aviation insurance in 1998 as the Asia director for Bertil Grimme (Asia) Limited/Grimme Butcher Jones Limited. In 2006 he formed FEIC (Asia) Limited and later FEIC (Thailand) Limited.
Mingkwan Opaspan
Director
Mingkwan was educated in both Thailand and the UK and prior to joining FEIC she worked as a claims specialist in the Oil & Gas industry for Dhipaya Insurance. She joined the FEIC Group of Companies in 2013. She now has more than seven years experience in Aviation Insurance handling both Thai and international clients.
Paulo Rico
Senior Client Executive
Originally from the Philippines, Paulo worked in the aviation insurance industry for both an insurer and broker based in Manila before moving to Bangkok to join FEIC in 2019. His expertise in the aviation industry and experience of the market in the Philippines gives him a unique insight to help our clients in Thailand and the wider Asia region.
Siriporn Suttichaitrakul
Senior Client Executive
Siriporn completed a Bachelor Degree in Communication Arts majoring Journalism from Bangkok University. She has been in the insurance industry over 12 years. Prior to joining FEIC she gained a deep level of experience as an insurance broker including business development on property and casualty insurance. She previously worked with multi-national insurance specialists Lockton Wattana Insurance Brokers (Thailand) Limited and Tokio Marine Insurance (Thailand) PCL handling various portfolios.
Bannawatch Channoi
Client Executive
Bannawatch graduated from the Merchant Marine Training Centre, completing a Bachelor of Science (Nautical Science) at Burapha University. After graduating, he worked in the Maritime Industry for Great Circle Shipping Agency Limited (Precious Shipping Line) for two years. During which, he had a chance to travel and interact with a great number of people and culture from different countries. He joined FEIC in 2022 and utilising his Maritime experience/skills he developed during his former work to apply to aviation insurance.
Jutamas Sinsinlapachai
Client Executive
Jutamas completed a bachelor degree in Aviation Management majoring in Air Cargo Management from the Civil Aviation Training center in Thailand. She worked as a flight operation agent for FINNAIR from 2018 to 2020. She joined FEIC in 2023 and utilises her former experience in flight operations and customer services in the aviation insurance field.
Aussana Pornpoonwiwat
Finance and Administration Manager
Educated in Thailand and the USA, Aussana has been a key part of the FEIC Group of Companies since the formation of FEIC (Asia) Limited in 2006. She continues to provide essential administrative and financial management with a deep knowledge of the company and processes in Thailand and the wider Asia region.
Vanasanan Pornpoonwiwat
Accounting Manager
Vanasanan completed a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration majoring in Marketing from Bangkok University in Thailand, and Master degree in Telecommunication and Information System – Computer Science Concentration from DePaul University Chicago, Illinois, USA. She worked in the family jewelry business prior to joining FEIC (Asia) Limited in May 2014.

Based in London, UK, John brings his skills in policy wordings, compliance, and contract certainty to FEIC and helps keep up to date with the latest London market developments. His 35 years of experience in the aviation and aerospace industry enables him to provide unique insights and training for our team in Thailand.
